Kenny Burrell & John Coltrane

Kenny Burrell & John Coltrane recorded together under both their names once, on March 7 1958, during Coltrane's final months with Miles Davis' group. The album features Kenny Burrell on guitar, John Coltrane on tenor saxophone, Tommy Flanagan on piano, Paul Chambers on bass and Jimmy Cobb on drums.

Burrell, Coltrane, and Flanagan had previously played together on "The Cats," released in 1959 and recorded on April 18, 1957.
