Coming in hot with tasty jams from bands like Lettuce and Ghost Note is the eight-piece Duluth band, Gochujang. This jazz-influenced funk group comes ready to bop with originals like “Yezzir” and “The Cutlass.” With a blazing horn section featuring Beck Fulin on trumpet, Will Collins on trombone, Michael Schell on alto sax, and Joseph Anderson on tenor sax, the group aims to “satisfy your musical cravings and make you come back for more mouthwatering riffs.” Holding down the rhythm section are bassist Taylor Shykes and drummer Ian Hopp. Courtney Ellian floats melody lines on keys, and Emanuel “Manny” Eisele grooves on guitar.
